We know that we are only as good as the skills and expertise of our people, and we maintain a high level of investment in ongoing training. In fact of our 20 operators, over half started as apprentices and trained with, and have remained with us, ever since. Therefore we know that we can vouch for the quality of the work that we deliver at all levels. And its not just about doing the job well, it’s also about working in partnership with our clients throughout the projects lifecyle to ensure smooth delivery, something which we aim to achieve at every level from our newest apprentice to senior level supervisors and project managers.
Health and Safety
Working safely is our top priority and it’s important that our staff are equipped with the skills and expertise to do this. To this end we continually invest in health and safety training on issues such as asbestos awareness, manual handling, working at height, dynamic risk assessing, first aid work and powered access operator licences. All site supervisors also hold a site managers Health and Safety certificate and are trained to take a proactive approach to managing this onsite.
Electrio have also recently received accreditation from SAFEcontractor, a programme which recognises very high standards of health and safety practise amongst UK contractors. To find out more click here.
Going green
We are committed to providing the latest green technology solutions to our clients.
